Ahem. In other news, I went to a juggling meetup yesterday with Justin. The other jugglers were busy, but I managed to learn how to juggle with two balls and one club at once! I can get about 20 catches that way, and about 4 catches with three clubs. Man. Clubs are so hard to juggle. They weigh quite a lot and are very awkward to maneuver. However, I will be able to practicewith them because Justin gave me three clubs, and six balls in exchange for a leather bracelet for him and Zeb. So yes, I will be able to practice a lot.
We just got done having dinner, a nice little affair that got interrupted midway through the beginning for a burrito emergency. The dishes were pretty mild, but the water wasn’t at all warm, so I had to work extra hard to get them clean. …How mundane.
Anyways, living on the mountain is pretty great. My legs are getting a great workout from walking up and down the mountains. Unfortunately, I did something to my knee a while ago and it is feeling weird. Also, do not attempt a roundoff without stretching beforehand if you don’t want to mess up your rib.
Right now I am sitting around, listening to Dad talk about the gigantic slivers that he has gotten imbedded in his flesh. The biggest one that he can remember is one about the size of his pinkie finger that was in there for about 6 weeks before he got it out.
I’ll be headed out to climb the mountain soon, partly because I don’t have anything to write.
